Dancer and Expander
WE Dance is the creation of long-time local,dancing devi, business woman and Ayurvedic alchemist Christina Covington.
Known for her presence on the Byron Shire dance floors for over 25 years, her passion for dance has grown and evolved in many different ways and forms from free ecstatic dance and contact improvisation to Latin zouk (with a bit of belly, Afro, contemporary and everything in between).
Christina, backed by a tight-knit team of equally obsessed dancers, together are committed to bringing people to the joy of dance, one move at a time.

Meet ‘For the locals’, Lily Smith is a long time local performer and activist, Aaron Griffin grew up locally, is a co founder of “GoldenCoastline” hiphop collective and school on the Gold Coast. Richie Millar is a world renowned Tap dancer that landed in Byron shire after a career in Tap Dogs, now exploring street dance and roots culture.
