Terms and Conditions for WE DANCE FESTIVAL Website.

Festival Photography and Videography: The Festival organizers may take photographs and videos of the event for promotional purposes. By attending the Festival, you grant the organizers permission to use your likeness in such materials. If you do not wish to be included in any promotional materials, you can notify the organisers in writing.
12. Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival organizers, their affiliates, officers, directors, volunteers, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Festival.
13. Force Majeure Clause
The Festival organisers will not be held liable for any cancellation, delay, or modification of the Festival due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
