By accessing and using this website ("Website") in connection with the We Dance Festival ("Festival"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Website or participate in the Festival.
 

2. Registration and Eligibility

(a) Registration for the Festival may be required for some or all aspects of the event. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

(b) Eligibility to participate in the Festival may be limited by a criteria as determined by the Festival organisers. Please refer to the specific guidelines for each competition or activity.
 

3. Payment

(a) If applicable, registration fees for the Festival must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organisers.

(b) The Website may use a third-party payment processing service. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that service.

The Website and Festival content, including logos, images, videos, and text, are the property of the Festival organisers or their licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or display content without written permission.
 

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website and participate in the Festival in a respectful and responsible manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using abusive or offensive language

• Harassing or bullying other participants

• Engaging in illegal activity

• Damaging the venue or property

• Violating the Festival's alcohol or drug policy
   

6. Risk and Liability

You agree to participate in the Festival at your own risk. The Festival organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
 

7. Cancellation and Refunds

The Festival organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the Festival due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case of cancellation, a full or partial refund of registration fees may be offered at the organizers' discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Festival organisers regarding your use of the Website and participation in the Festival.
 

10. Updates

The Festival organisers reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You are advised to periodically review the Terms for any changes.
 

11. Photography and Videography Policy

Festival Photography and Videography: The Festival organizers may take photographs and videos of the event for promotional purposes. By attending the Festival, you grant the organizers permission to use your likeness in such materials. If you do not wish to be included in any promotional materials, you can notify the organisers in writing.
 

12. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival organizers, their affiliates, officers, directors, volunteers, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Festival.

13. Force Majeure Clause

The Festival organisers will not be held liable for any cancellation, delay, or modification of the Festival due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
